You have 14 days from delivery to return your cards for a refund, for any reason. They need to come back in the condition they arrived in. Damaged cards cannot be returned, and damage that happens after delivery is not covered. Faulty cards are replaced or refunded either way.
Sending the order form costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. You get a confirmation and a payment link by email first, and you can walk away at that point with nothing owed.
The window runs for 14 days from the day your cards are delivered. Inside it you can return them for a refund and you do not need to give a reason.
After 14 days the sale is final. Cards are custom printed and programmed for one business, so they cannot be resold or restocked.
If a card does not work as it should, tell me and I will replace it free or refund it, your choice. That covers:
Send a photo or a short video showing the problem. There is usually nothing to send back.
Once the cards are in your hands, their condition is your responsibility. Cards damaged after delivery cannot be returned or refunded, and I do not replace them. That includes water, heat, sunlight, bending, snapping, scratching, cracking, peeling, chipped corners, and ordinary wear from being handled all day on a counter.
The same goes for cards that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery. If you need more, they are a reorder at the normal price.
On that last point, if Google changes your review link, get in touch. Depending on the situation I can often reprogram or replace at a reduced cost rather than full price.
Refunds go back by the same method you paid with. Allow five to ten business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
This policy sits on top of your rights under Ontario consumer protection law, it does not replace them. If the law gives you a stronger right than this page does, the law applies.
To start a return or report a problem, email [email protected] with your business name and roughly when you ordered.
