If you cancel before work on a service has started, any amount you paid is refunded. Once work has started, or a service has been delivered or gone live, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
